A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock and is being purchased ahead of its arrival. Your order will ship on or around the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order includes additional items, everything will ship together once the pre-ordered item arrives. To have other items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.

A back-order means a specific color or variation is temporarily out of stock but expected to return. Back-ordered items will ship on or around the estimated date provided. Any additional items in the same order will ship together once the back-ordered item is available. To have other items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide!
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We are a 2 person team, which means we typically a have a 1-2 week processing time. Once shipped, domestic orders will usually take 3-5 business days. International orders usually take 5-10 business days. If you are in a hurry, expedited shipping is also an option for you to choose during checkout!
Q: Do you offer custom potion orders?
A: We do not offer custom potions at the moment, but we are looking into it!
