Q: YOU ARE SOLD OUT! How often do you restock?

A: We typically restock our signature dice potions every 2 weeks on Sunday. Mystery scoops are restocked every Sunday. This schedule is subject to change so please follow us on social media for updates and reminders! 

 

Q: Do you offer custom potion orders?

A: We do not offer custom potions as of now, but we are looking into it!

 

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Almost all of our products have a 2-5 day processing time! Potion orders will ship using USPS Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days. We use priority shipping to unsure fastest and safest delivery for our fragile products. For non-potion orders, customers typically choose USPS ground advantage which takes 2-5 business days. If you are in a hurry, expedited shipping is also an option for you to choose during checkout!

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We only ship within the US + Canada as of now! Hopefully within the next few months, we will be able to open up international orders! Follow us on our social media accounts for the latest shipping updates!
