✨The Pre-Order Process✨

Pre-orders allow you to reserve new items before they’re officially in stock. Once the pre-order period ends, the item moves into the manufacturing phase. After production is complete, the items travel to our studio, where we personally receive them and complete a quality check. Once approved, we begin packing orders and shipping them to customers in the order they were received. Delivery timelines reflect both the time it takes for items to arrive at our studio and the time it takes for us to ship them out.

Common Pre-Order Questions

Why use a pre-order model?

As a small business, pre-orders allow us to plan responsibly and operate sustainably. They help us cover production and shipment costs up front while ensuring we order the right quantities. This process also gives us the time to personally quality check every item before it leaves our studio!

Can I purchase other items with my pre-order?

Absolutely! Additional items will ship together in one package once the pre-ordered items arrive. Please place a separate order if you’d like other items shipped immediately.

When will my pre-order/back-order ship?

Your order will ship after:

  1. Manufacturing is complete
  2. Items arrive at our studio
  3. Quality checks are finished
  4. Orders are packed

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

If you need to request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible. Since pre-orders allow us to plan inventory accurately, cancellations may be limited once the pre-order period closes. We’re always happy to assist with address changes or shipping updates as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

✨The Back-Order Process✨

A back-order means a specific color or variation is temporarily out of stock but expected to return. Back-orders allow you to reserve the item and be first in line to receive one once restocked. Back-ordered items ship around the estimated date listed on the product page. If your order includes additional items, they will ship together once the back-ordered item is available. To receive other items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

You are sold out! How often do you restock?

We typically restock our TTRPG accessories every 2 weeks on Sunday at 3pm CST. In addition, we usually restock our fantasy bags about 3-4 times a year. This schedule is subject to change so please follow us on our socials for the latest updates and reminders!

How long will it take to get my order?

We are a 2 person team, which means we typically have a 1-2 week processing time (not including pre-order/back-order items). Once shipped, domestic orders will usually take 3-5 business days. International orders usually take 5-10 business days. If you are in a hurry, expedited shipping is also an option for you to choose during checkout!

Do you offer custom potion orders?

We do not offer custom potions at the moment. Feel free to check out our "Roll for Dice Potion" collection for limited edition and unique one-of-a-kind potions.

How does international shipping work?

Duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout, eliminating surprise fees upon delivery. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund the excess shipping costs after your order is dropped off with the carrier.
