A back-order means a specific color or variation is temporarily out of stock but expected to return. Back-orders are typically already in production or on the way to our studio.
Why use this system?
As a small business, pre-orders and back-orders allow us to plan responsibly and operate sustainably. They help us cover production and shipment costs up front while ensuring we order the right quantities. This process also gives us the time to personally quality check every item before it leaves our studio!
Can I purchase other items with my pre-order/back-order?
Absolutely! Additional items will ship together in one package once the products arrive to our studio. Please place a separate order if you’d like in stock items shipped immediately.
