Refund policy
We accept returns of most products within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at crescentmoonalchemyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Clearance, discounted, customized, and limited edition items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition of Return
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags, inserts, or accessories included. Items with signs of use, odors, stains, or pet hair may not be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Returns are not accepted for reasons unrelated to product quality, including (but not limited to): Ordering the wrong item by mistake, shipping delays outside our control or other external factors not caused by product defects.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.
